Black Box Wine - Cabernet Sauvignon

The Black Box Wines..... I know all you wine snobs out there will wrinkle your nose to a boxed wine.  Many people wrinkled their noses at twist off caps as well and they are now very common.

The Black Box Wines can be purchased in just about any grape you want.

Red Wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Malbec, Shiraz, Red Elegance (a blend) and Rose

White Wines: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling

Even though I have not tried them all (I'm working on it) Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile is my favorite red. Pair this Cabernet with some nice sausage. Like my Poached Bratwurst in Beer (I know that sounds odd, just look at the recipe).

This boxed wine is fantastic for the money and the beauty is that once you open the box, it stays fresh for 6 weeks. There are four 750 ml bottles in one box.

For people like ourselves that do a lot of RV'ing and for boaters, these fine boxed wines are so easy to take along. Less weight and space.

If they do not have it in your local liquor store, ask them to bring it in.
