Asian Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Here is another salad dressing that is really good.

Terra Delyssa Olive Oil

This recipe just like the "Basic Vinaigrette" came as an insert with my favourite olive oil. The oil is called Terra Delyssa and is made in Tunisia.

I have yet to find a better-tasting olive oil than this Terra Delyssa Organic Olive Oil.

I buy the Terra Delyssa olive oil at Costco. It comes in a two-pack, one litre each bottle and it is very affordable.

Recipe Ingredients:

• 2½ tsp Terra Delyssa olive oil
• 2¼ tsp soya sauce
• 2¼ tsp rice vinegar
• ½ tsp brown sugar
• ½ tsp toasted sesame oil

Mix all the ingredients into a bowl or measuring cup (for easy pouring), whisk till all the brown sugar is dissolved. 

Use on your favourite Asian salad, also great as a dipping sauce.
