Anders' Wasabi Cream Sauce Recipe

This sauce is quick and easy to make and goes great with most seafood, especially tuna loin.
It can also be used as a dipping sauce for vegetables and chips.
Ingredients are as follows:
- 100 ml of Mayonnaise (only buy really good stuff)
- 45 ml (3tbs) whipping cream
- 15 ml (3tsp) of wasabi powder (you can also use the paste if you wish)
Mix all the ingredients together well and make sure the Wasabi is dissolved and there are no lumps, otherwise it could make a hot bite.
If you prefer the sauce to be thinner, just add a bit more cream, if you like it hotter, add some extra Wasabi. Serve chilled, it is very good.
