Water Melon Salad Anders Way
This is a wonderful and very refreshing salad. This water melon salad is really a meal on its own or you can serve it in smaller portions as a side salad.
Ingredients:
- ¼ water melon, cut into cubes
- 2 sliced avocado (dipped into lemon juice so it does not turn brown)
- 500 grams of chopped cooked (crisp) bacon
- 200-300 grams of toasted sun flower seeds (you can toast them yourself)
- Thick balsamic vinegar
- 300-400 grams of feta cheese
