Pork Tenderloin
This wonderful recipe is from Sweden. You bake it in the oven at 400°F or 200°C. Feel free to try to slow cook this as well.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium sized Pork Tenderloin (or pork chops or chicken breast)
- 200 ml of whipping cream
- 200 ml of Crème fraiche (or a good plain yogurt)
- 100 ml of Asian Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1-2 tsp of Sambal Oelek (East Indian Food store) or cayenne pepper
Serve with rice or potatoes and carrots.
Wine recommendations: Try a Zinfandel like the "Old Vine Zin from Gnarly Head.
