Pork Tenderloin The Easy Way

Pork Tenderloin

This wonderful recipe is from Sweden. You bake it in the oven at 400°F or 200°C. Feel free to try to slow cook this as well.

Ingredients:
  • 2 medium sized Pork Tenderloin (or pork chops or chicken breast)
  • 200 ml of whipping cream
  • 200 ml of Crème fraiche (or a good plain yogurt)
  • 100 ml of Asian Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1-2 tsp of Sambal Oelek (East Indian Food store) or cayenne pepper
Mix the sauce together. Put the pork in a greased (use butter) baking dish. Pour the sauce over and bake in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for about 30 minutes.

Serve with rice or potatoes and carrots.

Wine recommendations:  Try a Zinfandel like the "Old Vine Zin from Gnarly Head.

Kiss the cook,

Anders
