Easy Tomato And Avocado Salad

Serve this up with some French Bread or a nice bun of some kind.
Ingredients for two people:
- One ripe Avocado
- Approximately 30 cherry tomatoes... the best you can get.
- Olive oil
- Nona Pias Balsamic reduction

Take a medium sized knife and tap the pit in the avocado with the sharp edge (not the end of the knife). Then twist the pit for easy removal.
Now you can cut the avocado in bite size pieces in the shell.... go easy here not to cut through the skin. Make cuts lengthwise, half an inch apart, then cross wise also half an inch apart.
With a large dinner, spoon remove the avocado into a salad bowl or dish.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and mix up with the avocado. Pour some olive oil and balsamic reduction on top and you are ready for the troops.
