Quince, May and Shrimp on Toasted French Bread
This is very easy to make and you can whip it up in just 5 minutes.


Serve as an appetizer or make a few and serve as a light lunch.


Serves 2 people
Preparation and cooking time, 5-10 minutes



Ingredients:


  • 4 large shrimp or prawns
  • 4 slices of French bread
  • Quince jam. Peach or apricot will also work
  • Mayonnaise

Shrimp Appetizer
Slice the French bread and toast lightly. Spread some quince jam and add some mayonnaise. Set a large shrimp on top. Serve.
