Shrimp Appetizer
Quince, May and Shrimp on Toasted French Bread |
Serve as an appetizer or make a few and serve as a light lunch.
Serves 2 people
Preparation and cooking time, 5-10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 large shrimp or prawns
- 4 slices of French bread
- Quince jam. Peach or apricot will also work
- Mayonnaise
Shrimp Appetizer |
Slice the French bread and toast lightly. Spread some quince jam and add some mayonnaise. Set a large shrimp on top. Serve.
