Sour Dough Bread

 Bob's Sour Dough Bread


I got this recipe from my friend Bob, and it is easy and so good.


Ingredients:

  • 520 grams of bread flour
  • 78 grams of sourdough starter
  • 416 grams of water
  • 2 tsp of salt


Mix ingredients and let sit covered for 30-60 minutes.   Make it into a ball, return to bowl and leave overnight. 

Shape into a ball again, and bake at 450 F for 35 minutes covered in a cast iron pot. Remove the lid and brown at 385F for 6 minutes.

Let sit for one hour before cutting.
