Bubly Rosé Aperitif

Organic Rhubarb Champagne Aperitif

Bubbly Rose Aperitif with a twist.
Bubly Rosé Aperitif With a Twist
Sometimes it is just fun to make up a drink or in this case an aperitif.

For this happy hour drink, you need two frosted Champagne flutes. I always keep a few of these glasses in the freezer.

This drink is very refreshing and gives a real spin on just a regular glass of bubbly.

Ingredients:

  • Organic rhubarb Champagne from Cortes Island or use any other Rosé bubbly. Measure out how much one of your champagne flutes holds.
  • The best strawberry, raspberry or cherry jam you can get your hands on. In my case, I used my moms homemade strawberry/cranberry freezer jam she gave us. 1 tsp per glass
  • Lots of ice cubes

In a large measuring pitcher add the jam and rosé. Give it a good stir then fill the pitcher half full with ice cubes. Stir for 10 seconds then pour into the glasses through a sieve. Serve immediately.

Enjoy
